This spooky, experimental pop track is a tribute to the displaced, written after a vivid dream in which Guerre stumbled upon the remains of a young girl while hiking in the wilderness. The Caribbean inspired percussion sets the rhythm for the fuzzed out guitars, haunted organ melodies and analog synth arpeggiations. The peculiar soundscape flows together in a seamless gallop, while solemn vocals tell the story of the young girl’s discovery, supernatural resurrection, and escape from the spiritual bondage of an untimely death.
